WALT: get fit everyday as a class Fitness Reflection
Today for our fitness lesson we took a lap around the bike track, push ups, squats, inch worms and mountain climbs. My favourite workout would have to be the inch worms because it was new to me and I found it the most challenging because we had to keep our legs straight it felt like I was pulling a muscle because i'm am not a flexible person.
My least favourite workout would have to be squats because it would burn my thighs and the feeling of the burning would make standing up uncomfortable. Today's workout felt great because I feel like my fitness level has increased because of our fitness sessions.
